THE COMPANY Michael McCutcheon founded McCutcheon Construction in Berkeley, California in 1980 and incorporated in 1987. Over the years, the company has expanded to include a staff of over 30 people providing high quality construction, design and administration services - and completing over 50 projects per year. As McCutcheon Construction has grown, we've worked hard to maintain our commitment to Client service and satisfaction. Each project is assigned a dedicated Project Manager, who heads up the project on-site from beginning to end. This enables McCutcheon Construction to provide the “small company” benefit of close attention to each individual project, while also offering the “large company” benefit of experienced professional management. The McCutcheon Team consists of our Management Staff and our Field Staff. Our Field Staff are selected not only for their construction skills and expertise, but also their orientation toward superior customer service, reliability and courteousness.
